For avoidance of doubt, Propello.io may use Non-personal Information and transfer and disclose it to third parties at its discretion, including without limitation for statistical, analytical and research purposes and for customization, developing and improvement of the Platform.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This Section describes cookies and tracking technologies used on the Platform. Our marketing website at propello.io also uses cookies, as described in Section 7 (Website Analytics) below, which governs that website in place of this Section. Where this Section and Section 7 differ, Section 7 prevails as to the marketing website.
When using our Platform and Services, we and third parties providing us with services may use industry-standard information collection technologies known as "Cookies," Web Beacons, Tags, Pixels, and other monitoring technologies that store certain information on the computer or device through which you access our Platform. These technologies may collect and transmit information from your device to our systems and/or to third parties, as detailed below.
Cookies typically consist of text files stored locally on your device, for example in your browser or mobile device (unless you have blocked their creation in the device and/or browser settings), and they collect relevant information about your activity on the Platform, as detailed extensively below. The information stored in these cookies is sent back to our systems on each subsequent visit, or to third-party websites that recognize the same cookie. The Company or third parties providing the Company with various services may access the information accumulated in cookies from time to time, including transferring it to their possession.
Web Beacons or Pixel tags are tiny pieces of code embedded in website pages, advertisements, and email messages we send from time to time, which enable us and/or third parties providing us with services to place cookies on the Platform or read existing cookies, track your use of the Platform and/or your interaction with advertisements and messages (for example, tracking events such as opening an email, clicking on an ad, or visiting a page on the Platform), transmit to us and/or to third parties providing us with services data about your activity on the Platform in real-time, collect information regarding user and visitor preferences on the Platform, track conversions (for example, purchase and/or registration for our services following advertising or visiting the Platform), and assess the scope and type of use of the Platform, services, and our messages, thereby helping us analyze and improve our content and methods of advertising.
Without derogating from the generality of the above, cookies collect diverse and detailed technical and behavioral information (as this term is defined above), including, for example, information about the technical components of your device and operating system, the type of browser from which you browsed, the operating system on the device, etc., as well as information regarding your geographic location. Cookies also collect information about your browsing patterns on the Platform, including the pages you visited on our Platform, the duration of time you spent on each page, the dates you visited the Platform, from which webpage or search engine you arrived at the Platform, and what actions you performed on the Platform (for example, clicks on links or buttons). In addition to activity on our Platform, cookies may store information about your browsing habits on other sites, including sites and applications you browsed before and after visiting our Platform and viewing and clicking on our advertisements on other sites.
For convenience only, all the technologies described above will hereinafter be referred to as: "Cookies".
Purposes of Using Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies for a wide range of business and technical purposes, as follows:
- Operations - Cookies are used for the routine and proper operation of the Platform, management of the technical aspects of the Platform, recording your preferences and choices, to improve, facilitate, and simplify your browsing and usage experience on the Platform, to identify you as a returning user and display content tailored to your activity history and personal preferences, including customization of the user interface, display language, and order of information display according to your preferences and areas of interest.
- Security - Cookies are used to prevent fraud, impersonation, and unauthorized use of our Platform and services, identify suspicious activity, protect against cyber attacks and other malicious activities, verify user details and identity, and protect your personal information and the integrity of the Platform and services.
- Marketing - Cookies enable us to display advertisements and marketing content personalized to your demographic profile, preferences, and activity history on the Platform, including displaying targeted advertisements on third-party platforms (for example, displaying Company advertisements on Facebook). This includes our use of cookies and third-party services for targeting advertisements to specific audiences based on age, location, interests, and digital behavior, as well as displaying products or services that may interest you based on your previous searches and purchases. Additionally, cookies enable us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, track conversions and sales resulting from various campaigns, and optimize advertising budgets and targeting.
How Long Do Cookies Remain on Your Device?
Some cookies operate from the moment you enter the Platform until the end of that specific browsing session. The validity of these cookies expires and they are automatically deleted when you close the browser window (temporary or session cookies). We use these cookies for various purposes, for example, to secure the application, manage individual visits to the Platform, determine whether the user is in a country where content restrictions exist, and set language preferences while you visit the Platform.
There are cookies that are stored on your device for longer periods of time and their validity does not expire when you close the browser window (permanent or persistent cookies). The duration that these cookies remain on your device can vary. We use these cookies to collect various information such as the pages you visited, where you came to the Platform from, information you request to see when entering the Platform, and more. Deleting cookies from the browser or your device's memory will not delete information already transferred to the Company or authorized third parties through the cookies, and therefore any deletion or neutralization of cookies will apply to future uses only.
Blocking Cookies
There are cookies that are essential for the operation and security of the Platform, and by entering and/or using the Platform, you consent to the use of these essential cookies. Please note that without the use of essential cookies, we will not be able to allow you to access and use the Platform.
When entering the Company's Platform, a banner will be displayed allowing you to choose whether to allow the use of optional cookies (i.e., non-essential), including cookies for analysis and research and cookies for advertising and marketing, according to your preferences. You can change your preferences at any time through browser settings or the banner on the Platform.
Most browsers allow some degree of control over cookies through browser settings. You can neutralize cookies or manage them selectively by activating the setting in your browser that allows you not to accept all or some of the cookies. Most internet browsers allow users to delete existing cookies from the user's device, block receipt of new cookies, or receive alerts before cookies are stored. Typically, these settings are found under "Options" or "Preferences" in your browser's "Settings" menu. In the following links you can find instructions regarding managing and blocking cookie files in common internet browsers (it is important to note that settings may vary between different versions of operating systems and browsers). You can also use the "Help" tab in your browser for more details.
Additionally, you are entitled to manage or withdraw your consent to receive interest-based advertisements on your device through the following links: www.aboutads.info/choices/, www.networkadvertising.org/choices/, and preferences-mgr.truste.com/. If you wish to withdraw your consent to receive interest-based advertisements on your mobile device, please see information about advertising preferences at support.apple.com for iOS devices or support.google.com for Android devices. These tools enable you to remove yourself from interest-based advertising services of dozens of advertising companies in one action, while maintaining your privacy across the web.
We use, among others, Google Analytics as a service provider that performs analyses of user activities on the Platform for us, including through the use of cookie files. Google provides a browser add-on that allows users to opt out of tracking by Google Analytics across all sites the user browses, which can be downloaded here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For more information see - https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Additionally, you can manage your preferences regarding other Google tools and services through Google's comprehensive control center at https://adssettings.google.com where you can customize the types of advertisements you are willing to receive, view and edit the advertising profile Google has built about you, and completely opt out of personalized advertising. For more information, see https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Additionally, you can review all activity recorded by Google in your account and manage it through https://myactivity.google.com including search history and website activity.
Regarding Meta (Facebook) services, you can manage advertising and tracking preferences through privacy settings in your Facebook account, including choosing how Meta uses your information for advertising purposes, managing lists of advertisers who can display ads to you, and controlling information that advertisers can use to reach you. Information about Meta Platforms Inc. cookies can be found at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies.
For your information: Deleting or blocking cookies may significantly affect your user experience on our Platform and services. When you choose to block essential cookies, some basic features and services on the Platform may not function properly or at all. Please note that blocking analytics and advertising cookies will not necessarily result in fewer advertisements being displayed to you, but rather the content and advertisements you see will be more general and less relevant to your areas of interest, since we will not be able to learn about your preferences and tailor content accordingly. Additionally, without information about your usage patterns, we will have limited ability to improve the Platform and develop new features that meet your needs.
7. Website Analytics (propello.io Marketing Website)
This Section applies solely to our public marketing website at propello.io (the "Website"), and not to the Platform or the Services described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, the information described in this Section is collected by Propello.io for its own purposes and not on behalf of any Propello.io Customer, and Propello.io acts as the data controller (or equivalent role under applicable law) with respect thereto.
We measure audience data on the Website in two ways. First, we collect measurements ourselves and store them as first-party data on our own infrastructure (hosted with our service providers as described in Section 11, acting solely on our instructions). Second, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC ("Google"), which stores cookies on your device and transmits the measurements described below to Google, which processes them on our behalf. We do not use advertising networks or advertising pixels on the Website.
For each visit to the Website, we record: the pages viewed; the referring website (if any); how far down a page you scrolled; how long the page was visible in your browser; and clicks on our main call-to-action buttons. To distinguish between page views within a single visit, a random session identifier is generated and held in your browser's session storage. This identifier is not a cookie, is not shared with any third party, and is automatically erased when you close the browser tab.
To count unique visitors without creating a persistent identifier or profile of you, we derive a one-way cryptographic hash from your IP address and browser user-agent, combined with a secret key and the current date. Your IP address itself is not stored by us. Because the date forms part of the hash, the resulting identifier changes every day and cannot be used to recognize you across days or to link your browsing activity to your identity.
Google Analytics is loaded from googletagmanager.com with every consent signal set to "denied", so it stores nothing on your device, and reads nothing from it, unless and until you accept. In that denied state it still reports the visit to Google without any identifier, which Google uses to estimate aggregate trends. If you accept, Google Analytics stores cookies on your device (currently named _ga and _ga_ followed by a property identifier) holding a randomly generated number that is used to recognize your browser on a later visit and to distinguish new visitors from returning ones. Unlike the session identifier described above, these cookies survive the closing of your browser and expire no later than two (2) years after they are set or last updated. Through Google Analytics we receive the measurements listed above - pages viewed, referring website, campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, scroll depth, time the page was visible, and clicks on our main call-to-action buttons. Google Analytics also records certain further interactions with the Website automatically, without our configuring them individually: clicks on links that lead away from the Website, downloads of files offered on it, the starting and the submitting of a form, playback of embedded video, and movement between pages that does not reload your browser. Where a form is involved we receive only the fact that it was started or submitted, together with the form's identifier on the page; we do not receive through Google Analytics anything you typed into it. We receive all of the foregoing together with technical information about your device, browser and operating system, and an approximate location (typically country, region and city) that Google derives from your IP address. Your IP address is not retained as part of our Google Analytics data.
We have not enabled Google Signals, advertising features, or audience sharing on our Google Analytics property. The information collected through Google Analytics is not used to serve you advertisements, is not combined by us with any other information we hold about you, and is not sold. Google processes it on our behalf under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms and may transfer it to, and store it on, servers outside your country, including in the United States, subject to Section 12 (International Data Transfer) below. Our Google Analytics property is configured to retain event-level data for no longer than fourteen (14) months.
On your first visit to the Website we ask, in a banner, whether you accept these cookies. Declining is offered as plainly as accepting, and neither choice affects your ability to use the Website. Your answer is remembered in your browser's local storage so that we do not ask again on every visit; it is a record of your choice only, and is not sent to us or to Google. You may change your answer at any time by selecting "Cookie settings" at the foot of any page, which reopens the banner. Withdrawing your acceptance stops any further use of these cookies from that moment; it does not undo processing already carried out while your acceptance was in effect.
Independently of that banner, you can prevent Google Analytics from measuring your visit by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, as described under "Blocking Cookies" in Section 6 above, or by installing the opt-out add-on Google provides for this purpose at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google's own description of how it handles data from websites that use its services is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We rely on your consent, given through the banner described above, for the storing of and access to the Google Analytics cookies on your device and for the processing of the information they generate. The first-party measurement described earlier in this Section stores nothing on your device beyond the session identifier your browser discards when you close the tab, and we carry it out on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the Website is used and in improving it. All of the information described in this Section is used solely for that purpose: it is not used for advertising or profiling, and is not sold. Apart from Google in its capacity as our analytics processor, and the infrastructure providers referred to above, it is not shared with third parties. The first-party records we hold are automatically deleted no later than thirteen (13) months after collection.
Please note that because we are unable to link the daily hashed identifiers back to any specific individual, we cannot retrieve, correct, or delete a particular visitor's analytics records in response to an individual request, in accordance with applicable law. The same applies to the Google Analytics identifiers described above, which are randomly generated and are not linked by us to your name or contact details. You may object to this processing at any time by contacting us at info@propello.io, or by blocking the cookies as described above. For the avoidance of doubt, Section 9 (Deletion or Modification of Personal Information) does not apply to the information described in this Section; any inquiries regarding it should be directed to Propello.io and not to a Propello.io Customer.
8. Minors
The Platform is intended for Users over the age of sixteen (16). Therefore, Propello.io does not intend and does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of sixteen (16). We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors under this age are not using the Platform. Your Personal Information is hosted on third parties' servers, which provide advanced strict security standards (both physical and logical). Please note, however, that there are inherent risks in transmission of information over the Internet or other methods of electronic storage and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or use will never occur. PROPELLO.IO SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, HACKING, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSIONS OR FAILURE TO STORE OR THE THEFT, DELETION, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF ANY DATA OR INFORMATION.
11. Third Party Service Providers
While using the Platform and Services we may be using third party service providers, who may collect, store and/or process the Personal Information detailed herein. Such third parties may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. Propello.io uses commercially reasonable efforts to engage with third parties that post a privacy policy governing their collection, processing and use of non-personal and personal information. Such third parties' software or services may include without limitation the following categories of service providers:
- Google Cloud and AI Services (Gemini)
- Lovable
- Supabase
- Neo4j Aura
- MongoDB Atlas
- Redis Cloud Stack

12. International Data Transfer
We may transfer information collected about you, including Personal Information, to affiliated entities, or to other third party service providers (as provided herein) across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. Please note that we may transfer such information to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to such transfer of information. Any transfer of data will be in accordance with the safeguards permitted under applicable privacy laws.
13. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Propello.io reserves the right to change this policy at any time, so please re-visit this page frequently. We will provide notice of substantial changes to this policy on the Platform. Such substantial changes will take effect seven (7) days after such notice was provided on our Platform. Otherwise, all other changes to this Privacy Policy are effective as of the stated "Last Revised" date and your continued use of the Platform after the Last Revised date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes. In the event that the Privacy Policy should be amended to comply with any legal requirements, the amendments may take effect immediately, or as required by law and without any prior notice.
14. Got any Questions?
If you have any questions (or comments) concerning this Privacy Policy, you are most welcome to send us an email to the following address: info@propello.io and we will make an effort to reply within a reasonable timeframe.
